AerClub works for occasional travellers and frequent flyers alike. Members collect Avios every time they fly, and with more than 150 retail, travel and leisure brands through the AerClub app and eStore. Avios can be spent on Reward Flights, used to pay for part of a fare with Pay with Avios, or put towards hotels and experiences. Tier Credits move members from Green to Silver, Platinum and Concierge, and since April 2026 they come faster, with credits doubled on Saver fares in Europe and on Smart fares across the Atlantic. Members can also earn Tier Credits on British Airways and American Airlines flights. Higher tiers bring priority check-in, Fast Track and lounge access, and Platinum adds a complimentary business class upgrade and lounge access with a companion. Concierge adds a dedicated help desk, a companion ticket and a guaranteed seat on a full flight. Since launching in 2016, AerClub has grown to more than four million members.
