Every member gets member rates, free in-room Wi-Fi when booking through Marriott, and mobile check-in and checkout. In the app, a phone can double as the room key. Elite status rises from Silver Elite through Gold, Platinum and Titanium to Ambassador Elite, adding bonus points, late checkout, room upgrades and, at the very top, a dedicated ambassador service and Your24, which lets guests pick their own 24-hour stay window. Marriott Bonvoy arrived in 2019, bringing Marriott Rewards, The Ritz-Carlton Rewards and Starwood Preferred Guest together under a single name.
