Beauty Insider is Sephora's free rewards programme for beauty lovers in the US and Canada. Every dollar spent on Sephora merchandise adds a point to your Beauty Bank, whether you shop in store, online, at Sephora at Kohl's or through delivery partners. Spend more in a calendar year and you move up from Insider to VIB and then Rouge, unlocking bigger rewards, exclusive events and advance access to new products.
Why it works
Beauty Insider gives members real choice in how they enjoy their points. Points can become Beauty Insider Cash at checkout, with 500 points worth $10 off for every member, or be swapped in the Rewards Bazaar for deluxe samples, bundles and experiences, from 50 points all the way up to 100,000. New Rewards Bazaar picks land every Tuesday and Thursday, so there is always a reason to come back. Status is easy to follow: spend $350 in a calendar year for VIB or $1,000 for Rouge, and the status holds for that year and the next. Rouge members can trade 2,500 points for a $100 Rouge Reward or 1,000 points for $20 off. Every Insider gets free standard shipping on qualifying online orders and a Birthday Gift in their birthday month, with no purchase needed to collect it in store. Points also travel with the shopper, from Sephora at Kohl's to Instacart, DoorDash and Uber Eats.
