The BurgerFuel VIB Club (that's Very Important Burger connoisseur) is how our regulars get hooked up. Every dollar you spend earns 1 mpb, or miles per burger. Clock 200 mpb and $20 of Burger Bucks drops into your Club Goods Dashboard, ready for your next visit. New members score free Spud Fries with a large burger, and there's a birthday hook up waiting on your big day.
Why it works
The value is spelled out clearly. One mpb per dollar, counted to the cent and including GST, and every 200 mpb becomes $20 Burger Bucks, so members always know how close the next reward is. Points keep building on most orders, including ones paid partly with Burger Bucks or other discounts, although BurgerFuel can limit this on some limited-time deals. New members get taken on a tour of the menu: free Spud Fries with BurgerFuel aioli to start (with a large burger), then five offers dropping every couple of weeks. Fans of the specials get their own Special Burger Punch Card, where four large special burgers earn a free one. The birthday hook up, the Invite Your Mate bonus and prize draws add extra moments to look forward to. Members earn by scanning their in-app member ID at the till or by logging in to order online, and if they leave their phone behind, the crew can look them up by phone number, name and date of birth to apply their rewards.
