Insomnia Treats is our loyalty programme, and it rewards you for your daily coffee. Download the Treats app, scan at the till and every 10th coffee is on us. Treats members also get a free welcome coffee after their first purchase, a free birthday drink, a free seasonal drink and plenty of offers through the year. Top up your app wallet and paying is quicker too.
Why it works
The core promise is easy to grasp: buy nine coffees and the next one is free, and that free drink stays valid for a full year. Members can be recognised at the till three ways, by scanning the app's QR code, giving their phone number or using a loyalty card or fob, so a forgotten phone doesn't mean a missed coffee. Bringing a reusable cup adds 30 cent in Treats credit every time, which builds into a balance to spend in store. Dairy-free milks such as coconut, oat and Sproud are half price for members. The in-app wallet takes top-ups from €5 to €50, in the app or at the till, and balances can be checked in the app, online or with a barista. On top of that, active members receive seasonal gifts and personalised offers based on what they buy, and new members get a free small coffee after their first purchase.
