Dutch Rewards is how the Dutch Bros app hooks you up. Scan your app at the shop or order ahead, collect 3 points for every $1 you spend, and turn 250 points into a free medium drink. Want to go all out? 325 points gets you any drink made exactly how you like it, toppings and all. New members start with a free medium drink, and there's a free drink waiting on your birthday too.
Why it works
It keeps the maths simple. Every $1 at the shop collects 3 points, and there are just two rewards to aim for: a free medium drink at 250 points or a drink of your choice at 325. Paying and earning happen in one scan with the Dutch Pass, which members load up in the app (with automatic tipping if they like), and Order Ahead lets members pay on the go and pick up at the window or drive-thru where it's offered. Share the Luv lets members pass a reward to a friend. Monthly digital stickers for completing challenges or trying something new, plus personalised Tap to Activate offers, give people reasons to open the app between visits. Forgot your phone? Give your broista your phone number and the points still land. Every member also gets a free drink on their birthday, with the reward added through the app.
